General provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter - the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter - the Seller), establishing the rights and obligations of the Parties.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer will be informed about the changes to the Rules on the electronic store's website.

Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer, in the electronic store, forms and submits an order for goods, having previously familiarized themselves with these rules.

Seller's rights

3.1. In significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the electronic store, without prior notice to the Buyer.

3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, and security of the electronic store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend the Buyer's access to the electronic store without warning.

Seller's obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the opportunity to use the services of the electronic store, the terms of which are established by these Rules.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, based on the conditions set out in these purchase-sale Rules.

4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the goods ordered in the electronic store, the Seller has the right to terminate the Purchase-Sale Agreement after informing the buyer. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount within 3 working days.

4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided in Clause 5.2 of the Rules, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer the paid amount within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

4.5. The Seller may not refund the amount paid by the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller, whichever occurs first.

Buyer's rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the electronic store in accordance with these Rules.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the concluded purchase-sale contract of goods in the electronic store, notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

5.3. The right of the Buyer described in Clause 5.2 can only be exercised if the goods have not been damaged or their appearance has not fundamentally changed, and they have not been used.

Buyer's obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with these Rules.

6.2. If the Buyer, during the delivery of the goods, without significant reasons, refuses to accept the goods, the Buyer must cover the return costs of the goods at the request of the Seller.

6.3. During the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must inspect the shipment and the condition of the goods together with the Seller or the person delivering the parcel.

6.4. By using the electronic store, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these purchase-sale rules and undertakes to comply with them.

Product prices

7.1. The prices of goods in the electronic store are indicated in euros. Prices are quoted with VAT. After confirming the order, the total amount for the goods is supplemented by the delivery fee, if applicable.

Ordering and Payment for Goods

8.1. The Buyer, visiting the electronic store, selects the goods they like, adds them to the shopping cart. After forming the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary for order fulfillment: their name, surname, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number, and additional information that may be important for delivering the ordered goods. The Buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these rules and confirms the order. 8.2. Payments can be made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadelė, Šiaulių Bank, Revolut, electronic banking services, Stripe, as well as Visa / MasterCard payment cards. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Delivery of Goods

9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must specify the exact delivery address for the goods.

9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods themselves. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods themselves, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims about the delivered goods to an inappropriate person.

9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer based on the terms indicated in the product descriptions.

9.4. The characteristics of all sold goods are indicated in the description of each product. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods in the electronic store may not correspond to the real size, shape, and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the Buyer's monitor.

9.5. If the Buyer refuses to purchase the goods, the Buyer is refunded all amounts paid, including the Buyer's paid shipping costs.

Final Provisions

10.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. These Rules and the relations between the Parties regarding these Rules are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.3. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to agree, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.4. The Parties are released from the obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the will of the Parties (Force Majeure).
