In the online store, payments are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, registration number: 12268475). Therefore, your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transmitted to Maksekeskus AS.

You provide personal data to the Company voluntarily. The Company is obliged to process them to conclude contracts with you, properly fulfill obligations towards you, and other legal obligations. If you do not provide personal data, the Company will be unable to enter into contracts with you and provide other services you may need.

Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data:

  • Formation and execution of contracts with clients, including the recovery of debts from buyers who fail to fulfill obligations (legal basis: processing is necessary to perform a contract; also, processing is necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of the Company and you when the Company processes personal data of your appointed representatives authorized to maintain communication with the Company).
