Refund policy
1. Return and Exchange of Goods.
1.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods."
1.2. The buyer must send the returned items by registered mail. The registration number of the parcel must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.
1.3. The buyer bears the return costs for returned quality goods or goods for exchange.
1.4. To return the item(s), the buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery, informing the Seller by email and attaching photos or videos of the item and/or parcel describing the issue.
1.5. The returned item must be in its original undamaged packaging, unused, in the same configuration as received by the buyer, maintaining its original appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.). When returning the item, a paper (printed) purchase document (order, copy of payment) must be provided.
1.6. When returning a quality item, the buyer is refunded only the amount paid for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1.7. If the wrong item is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace it with the correct item. If the required item is not available, the buyer will be refunded the full amount (for the item and the actual shipping costs incurred).
1.8. When returning a defective item, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective item with a similar one or refund the buyer.
1.9. To return a defective item(s), the buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery, informing the Seller by email and attaching photos or videos of the defective item and/or parcel describing the issue.
1.10. The returned defective item must be in its original undamaged packaging, unused, in the same configuration as received by the buyer, maintaining its original appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.). When returning the item, a paper (printed) purchase document must be provided.
1.11. The Seller has the right to reject the return of goods if the buyer does not comply with the return procedure specified in points 1.4-1.5, 1.9-1.10 of these Rules.
1.12. If the buyer paid for the item with a gift voucher, the voucher is returned along with any additional amount paid.
1.13. If the buyer returns an item purchased with a discount, the refunded amount is the amount paid for the item with the applicable discount.
2. Final Provisions.
2.1. These rules for returning goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. Lithuanian law applies to these rules. All disputes arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
